Jonathan Buchanan is a first-generation farmer from Kilrea in Northern Ireland. He’s been rearing his free-range turkeys since 1990. He got married to his wife Lois in 2003. They have 3 children.

Jonathan’s favourite way to eat turkey is roasted with all the trimmings. Lois loves that too, but she’s also fond of a hearty soup, made with the bones, and a curry with the leftovers.
